If you upgrade to our Pro plan and decide it's not the right fit for your shop, simply reach out to us. We offer a full refund of your last payment, no questions asked.
While many companies offer 14 or 30 days, we give you a full 60 days to evaluate the Pro features. If you cancel within this window, we will refund every cent you've paid.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, no notice periods, and no hoops to jump through. Your account will simply revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle (unless you request an immediate refund, in which case we process that immediately).
