1. You Own Your Data

Everything you enter into Core Collision - customer details, estimates, vehicle info, pricing, belongs 100% to you. We claim no ownership over your business data. You can export it in a standard format (CSV/JSON) at any time.

2. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or your business data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period. Our business model is simple: we charge for a great product, not for your users' attention.

3. Minimal Data Collection

We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

• Your email (for login and essential notifications).
• Your shop details (to display on your estimates/invoices).
• Usage data (only to help us improve performance and fix bugs).

4. Security First

Your data is encrypted in transit (using SSL/TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard secure cloud providers (Supabase) to ensure your information is safe from unauthorized access.

5. The "Right to be Forgotten"

If you decide to leave Core Collision, you can delete your account permanently. This completely wipes all your data from our servers. We don't keep "shadow copies." When it's gone, it's gone.
