Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Core Collision software ("Service"), Core Collision is a registered DBA of CM Holdings USA, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Core Collision provides cloud-based body shop management software including but not limited to customer management, job tracking, insurance claims processing, scheduling, and financial management tools.

3. Subscription and Payment

Core Collision is offered as a monthly subscription service at $150 per month. Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial period. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial period, service will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring data accuracy and backup
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Appropriate use of the service

6. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data remains your property. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Core Collision's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and in-app notifications.

Core Collision offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first month of paid service. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

3. Subsequent Month Refunds

After the first month, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may provide prorated refunds for service outages or technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use the service.

4. Refund Process
